Since joining the Playhouse in 2013, Ashley has risen from memberships and hospitality to the top role, shaping her comprehensive approach through hands-on experience across every department. Under her guidance, the Playhouse has expanded its impact, achieved record-breaking fundraising success, and fostered a culture of innovation and collaboration. With academic achievements that include Central Connecticut State University and the prestigious Ada Comstock Scholarship to Smith College, Ashley is also a dedicated advocate for community engagement and mentorship, inspiring growth both within the Playhouse and throughout the community.
