Ridgefield Playhouse is centrally located just steps from Ridgefield’s Main Street. Enjoy restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and parks, all within walking distance of our venue. As part of the Venus Complex, Ridgefield Playhouse offers free parking at our facility on a first come first served basis. There are also municipal parking areas within walking distance of our venue, which are free for patron use.

Please note – there is a grass field located on the Venus Complex which is not designated for parking at this time. Ridgefield Playhouse is not responsible for vehicles damaged or immobilized as a result of parking in the grass field. 

NYC Visitors

Metro North trains run regularly into Katonah, New York, where taxi service is available for the half-hour drive to Ridgefield. Katonah Taxi: 914-666-5353.

While there are other train stations somewhat closer to Ridgefield, no taxi service is available from those stations.

The nearest train station is the Branchville station off Route 7, about 8 minutes down Branchville Road from the center of Ridgefield. It is 54 miles from Grand Central Terminal. Those traveling to The Playhouse from New York City often find the Katonah station more convenient and the train ride shorter, as there are no connections.
