Comic, writer, podcaster, actor and soon-to-be Playhouse performer Tim Dillon makes his debut at The Ridgefield Playhouse on February 25th. Named one of Rolling Stone’s top ten comics you need to know, Dillon’s accolades have piled up quickly in less than a decade of stand-up. He was named New York’s Funniest 2016 at Carolines NY Comedy Festival, released specials on Comedy Central and Netflix, and performed at marquee events like the Oddball Comedy Festival, the Glasgow Comedy Festival and SXSW. His performances are full of surprises at every turn; occasionally controversial but always hilarious, delivering thoughtful opinions with razor-sharp wit and sincerity. Whether he’s giving surprising life advice to interns or extolling the virtues of ice cream, Tim Dillon will have you in stitches all night and leave you wanting more.
Kicking off the night is Jamie Wolf. At the age of just 22 Jamie was named a Comic to Watch at the 2019 New York Comedy Festival. Earlier that same year, Jamie won the prestigious Philly’s Phunniest competition at Helium Comedy Club – beating over 300 other contestants and becoming the youngest comic ever to win. In 2021 he was featured at Limestone Comedy Festival and founded Sesh Comedy with his friend and writing partner Lucas Zelnick. Outside of stand-up, Jamie has written and acted in several shorts that have collectively appeared in the Houston Comedy Film Festival, Vancouver International Film Festival, and Portland Comedy Film Festival. He also starred in the forthcoming web-series Terminally Chill.
