The Ridgefield Playhouse Event Underwriter opportunities for the 2015/16 Season offer an exciting way of associating your business with a successful regional performing arts center, and supporting the arts in your community. We look forward to meeting with you to discuss these opportunities.

Please call about underwriting a specific show. The following information is based on becoming a general underwriter.

Playhouse Series Underwriter: $20,000

  • As Title Series underwriter (Rock Series, Country Series, Family Series, Dance Series, Broadway & Cabaret Series, Arts in Ed Series, Emerging Artist Series) your name is associated with high end performers.
  • A series with your brand identity associated for the entire season (i.e. The Pepsi Rock Series).
  • A full 4-color page premium ad in the Program Book which is handed out at 140+ events annually, close to 70,000 program books in total.
  • One full page ad in the Playbill associated with event.
  • Logo and name acknowledgement in season Brochure mailed to more than 45,000 households each season.
  • Company logo and name printed on all marketing materials associated with Event including Event Webpage, Email Blasts to more than 45,000 names, Poster Displays.
  • Company name and logo on all Press Releases and Publicity for the Event including 30 publications.
  • Company logo and name featured on all media associated with Event including, if applicable, radio and cable advertising.
  • Company name and logo featured prominently in RPH lobby on Sponsor Board.
  • Company logo featured on concession area video screen in RPH lobby.
  • Autographed Concert Poster(s) for each Event.
  • A “meet and greet” with one artist associated with the series (subject to artist approval).
  • Two (2) tickets for each show in the series.
  • Two (2) Priority Parking Passes for each Event.

Full Event Underwriter: $10,000

  • One full page ad in the Playbill associated with event.
  • “Underwritten By” acknowledgement given to the underwriter in the season brochure mailed to more than 45,000 households each season.
  • Company logo and name printed on all marketing materials associated with Event including Event Webpage, Email Blasts to more than 45,000 names, Poster Displays.
  • Company name and logo on all Press Releases and Publicity for the Event including 30 publications.
  • Company logo and name featured on all media associated with Event including, if applicable, radio and cable advertising.
  • Company name and logo featured prominently in RPH lobby on Sponsor Board.
  • Company logo featured on concession area video screen in RPH lobby.
  • Autographed Concert Poster(s) for each Event.
  • A “meet and greet” with artist (subject to artist approval). Any additional event associated with the meet and greet is at the underwriter’s discretion and will be paid by the underwriter.
  • Four (4) center orchestra seats to the event.
  • Priority Parking pass for the event.

Partial Event Underwriter: $5,000

  • One full page ad in the Playbill associated with this event.
  • Partial underwritten acknowledgement given to the underwriter in the season brochure mailed to more than 45,000 households each season.
  • Company logo and name printed on all marketing materials associated with Event including Event Webpage, Email Blasts to more than 40,000 names, Poster Displays.
  • Company name and logo on all Press Releases and Publicity for the Event including 30 publications.
  • Company logo and name featured on all media associated with this event including, if applicable, all print, radio, and cable advertising.
  • Autographed Concert Poster(s) for each Event.
  • A “meet and greet” with artist (subject to artist approval). Any additional event associated with the meet and greet is at the underwriter’s discretion and will be paid by the underwriter.
  • Two (2) orchestra seats to the event.
  • Priority Parking pass for the event.
